Can I checkout as a “Guest”, rather than signing up for Price Wise Direct account?

A. Yes, you can checkout as a Guest. However, signing up for a Price Wise Direct account allows for a much quicker checkout, as it stores your details for future purchases.

What if my billing address is separate from my shipping address?

A. No problem. You will be prompted to enter separate details for shipping and billing addresses at checkout. If the addresses are the same you can specify that too and avoid entering your details twice.

When will my order ship?

A. Properly completed orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please visit our Delivery Policy page.

What is the cost of shipping?

A. Orders under $40 are charged a flat rate of $7.50. Orders of $40 or more receive FREE Shipping.

How will my order ship (carrier)?

A. All orders will ship with New Zealand Couriers.

How long will my order take to ship?

A. You can expect delivery within 2-3 business days after your order is placed on Price Wise Direct. Please see our Delivery Policy page for more information about shipping times.

Can I ship to a PO Box or overseas?

A. No, we cannot ship to a PO Box or any address outside of New Zealand.

How can I track my current order placed on Price Wise Direct?

A. Once your Price Wise Direct order has been shipped; we will send you an email confirmation with a link to track the order on the carrier’s website.

How do I return an item?

How will I know if my online order has been completed successfully?

A. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as you finish the checkout process. If you don’t receive an email (don’t forget to check your ‘Junk’ folder!!), or if you are unsure whether your order was successful, please email our Customer Service Centre or call us on 0800 PRICEWISE (0800 774 239) between 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

How can I change my username and/or password?

A. You can edit your account details at the My Account Page.

How do I remove myself from your mailing list?

A. Each email you receive from us has an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email that will remove you from our email list if you click on it. You can also email us at email or call us on  0800 PRICEWISE (0800 774 239) between 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Is there a minimum order amount?

A. No, there is no minimum amount that you are required to spend.

How do I buy online from Price Wise Direct?

A. After selecting a product you wish to purchase, click on the “add to cart” button, and the product will be added to your shopping cart. You can either continue to add products to your cart or click the “view cart” button if you wish to purchase the items in your cart. Confirm your details and press “Checkout.” If you have an account and you are not logged in, logging in will automatically fill in all the checkout details. Double check your payment type and delivery area, then press “Proceed to checkout.” After we confirm payment we will courier your purchases to you!
